Yoga Bala Basic - Himalayan Yoga Practices

This is an Introductory workshop on Himalayan Yoga Practices.

  • We balance equally the emphasize on Yogasanas, breathing and relaxation techniques
  • Learn sequence of practices that help manage physical health challenges, stress, anxiety, depression etc.
  • Develop a basic understanding of the science behind each of the practice being taught
