Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Event Registrations: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before the event.
  • Memberships: Annual memberships may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
  • Online Courses: Courses may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase or before completion of 25% of the course material, whichever comes first, for a full refund.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
  • For events cancelled by Sadhana Sangama Trust, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future event.
  • In case of technical issues preventing access to online content, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Donations made to Sadhana Sangama Trust are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs for physical products are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or natural disasters.
