Inspired by the message of the sages and committing to walk in the footsteps of her parents, Dr. Sadhanashree, a MD in Panchakarma and daughter of Guruji Pattabhiram and Smt. Jyothi Pattabhiram, leads the trust's efforts in our Holistic Health Mission by offering free consultation for people from all walks of life.
Arogyavardhini is the health wing of Sadhana Sangama Trust that is committed to spreading the essence of Ayurveda in an 'Authentic yet Applicable' way. This wing is currently headed by Dr Sadhanashree P, M.D(AYU) who is a passionate Ayurveda Physician . Arogyavardhini, since 2016, has been providing services like Ayurveda Consultation, Panchakarma Therapies, Dietary Guidance, Lifestyle Coaching , Yogic Prescriptions. It is also striving hard in creating Ayurveda Awareness among common public through various Workshops and Webinars.
With time, there has been a sharp increase in hypertension, diabetes mellitus, obesity, cancer and heart diseases in the rural population. There is a need to focus on the 'lifestyle' now, because with rising urbanization, more and more people are becoming victims of such diseases. There is a significant association between poor lifestyle factors like Tobacco and cigarette use, alcoholism, junk foods, overweight, improper sleep habits, unhygienic practices, improper food habits with lifestyle diseases. There is a need for healthcare programs at primary level on disease awareness, lifestyle modification and dietary guidance in the prevention of lifestyle diseases. With this background 'Arogyavardhini' has ventured to launch Ayurveda Rural Health Camps!
Ayurveda Rural Health Camps are exclusively organized to improve the quality of life of the rural population through Ayurveda!
So far we have successfully conducted 15 camps and have treated more than 1500 patients with Ayurveda Holistic Care.
Arogyavardhini is a non-commercial health wing of Sadhana Sangama where doctor consultations are free in nature. The activities are sustained by the humble donations received.
